Our colonial boy

Nolan volunteered to sing at his 5th grade end of year program, he suprised us and his teachers. There were supposed to be three boys singing, but the program was scheduled on the same day and a baseball playoff so the other two could not make it. The teachers offered to have everyone sing but Nolan said he would do a solo. Wow, we were really impressed.

It was a song about colonial boys and how they worked, worked, worked. He had had actions to do while singiing.

We are so proud, I love it when our children reach out of their comfort zones and try new things. I am not going to go so far as to say we will have a singer in our family but he did a great job.
